1. Introduction / مقدمة
Welcome to Mazarya, a mobile app and website marketplace where users can buy, sell, and bid on new and second-hand items. Unlike many platforms, Mazarya is responsible for shipping and the condition of items delivered to buyers, ensuring a safe and trusted shopping experience.

Mazarya acts as a service provider and technical intermediary, facilitating transactions between users while ensuring shipping quality and item condition.

2. Definitions — التعريفات
- Platform — المنصة: The Mazarya app and website.
- User — المستخدم: Any registered individual.
- Seller — البائع: User listing an item.
- Buyer — المشتري: User purchasing an item.
- Bidder — المزايد: User bidding in auctions.
- Service Fee — رسوم الخدمة: A percentage Mazarya takes from each completed transaction.
- Content — المحتوى: Images, descriptions, etc.
3. Account Registration — تسجيل الحساب
Users must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate information, and keep their credentials secure.

Mazarya may suspend accounts violating terms.

4. Platform Role & Liability — دور المنصة والمسؤولية
Mazarya:
- Ensures shipping and delivery.
- Ensures the item received matches the listing description.
- Is not the owner of products listed by users.
- Is not responsible for seller behavior unrelated to product condition.

5. User Obligations — التزامات المستخدمين
Users must not:
- Sell illegal or prohibited items.
- Upload false, harmful, or copyrighted content.
- Engage in fraud or abuse.
- Manipulate bids.

- Buyers pay through secure payment gateways.
- Mazarya deducts its service fee.
- Mazarya handles shipping and ensures item condition.

6.2 Auctions — المزادات

- Highest bid wins.

6.3 Payments — الدفع
Handled securely via third-party processors. Card info is not stored.

Service fees are:
- Automatically deducted.
- Non-refundable.

Mazarya is fully responsible for:
- Shipping the item to the buyer.
- Ensuring the product arrives in the same condition described.

If an item arrives damaged or inconsistent with the listing, Mazarya will:
- Investigate the complaint.
- Issue refund or replacement according to policy.

9. Returns & Refunds — الإرجاع والاسترداد

10. Prohibited Items — المنتجات المحظورة
Weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods, stolen items, adult content, and anything illegal.

11. Intellectual Property — الملكية الفكرية
Users own their content but grant Mazarya license to use it.
